David Levy has spoken before numerous conferences, commissions, boards, Congressional committees, and state legislature committees over the years. He has helped to reform custody and access laws in various states and in Washington, D.C. to help bring about more joint custody, also known as “protecting the parent-child relationship.” He is available to consult about legislation and to testify in appropriate circumstances.
Past Conferences
Levy has organized 17 national Chldren's Rights Council conferences, and he has spoken at nearly 50 of the 100 conferences he has attended over the years. A few highlights:
